In worship, our scripture continued the discussion about the founding of the church and how our our practice of worship, fellowship, teaching, and communion helps us share the peace and serenity of Jesus. Today the image from the gospel was not the “standard” – we heard about Jesus as the gate: the one who marks the boundary between the troubles of the world and the wholeness of God’s kingdom; the place of rest and regeneration. Ironically, we, as a worshiping body mimic this in our day-to-day existence. How are you challenged to help others find Jesus and the entry to wholeness?

I invite your comments,
Les+
