Sunday Worship – We will attempt to conduct a hybrid worship this Sunday. We have set up the Parish Hall for worship “for now” and have taken steps to provide social distancing and safe worship. We have also set up to live-stream worship and you can get the meeting code by contacting the office. If you would like to join by phone please call 470-310-0828, you will need to contact the office to get the PIN to join.

Zoom Coffee Hour – We will schedule a virtual coffee hour this Sunday but will start a little later so those who attend in-person can get home. The Zoom information will be provided separately.

In-person Gathering Plan – We are working through the specifics for regathering tentatively on July 12 according to our plan. Basically, we will:
* Wear masks in worship             * Maintain social distance (at least 6’ separation)
* Communion in one kind           * Initially in the Parish Hall
* No singing but with music        * Simulcast for those at home
* Local account of attendance

Treasurer Resignation – Susan has served as Treasurer for number of years. She has tendered her resignation effective January 2021 (although she will assist with the audit). To prepare for the transition, she will train an assistant for the remainder of 2020 in the procedures for the position. If you are interested in serving, please contact the Rector.

Altar flower Sign-up – There is a sign-up sheet in the Narthex for sponsoring flowers for the coming year which will not become necessary until we reconvene for worship. As the day approaches, please help beautify the altar during your choice of two-weeks this coming year. Please remember, flowers cost $100 for 2 weeks.

Soles-for-Souls – There is a collection box to help this worthy cause in the parish hall. Consider giving gently used or new shoes for those in need. For more information see their website: www.soles4souls.org.
