Blessings on the first Sunday in April. Things are changing in the area and, thankfully, we were spared damage from the local wind/rain/tornado storm on Friday. Although it did delay our spring cleanup by a week. Thankfully, all appear to be safe and sound after the storm. We were also blessed with a good turnout for worship – and we were able to share scripture, song, fellowship, and communion as a community this morning. Blessings all around.

There were many threads that could have been pulled today: Ezekiel and the valley of the dry bones; the Psalmist waiting for the Lord; Paul reminding us that in Christ we are alive; and Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. Yet this morning, we were reminded in the collect that God brings order to our life. God’s order is always there if we look and if we are willing to be attuned to God’s presence. How are you able to wait for God’s guidance and order in your busy life?

I invite your comments,
Les+
