“Changes” to Communion – This Sunday we will reintroduce the chalice to Communion. There will be four options for Communion: 1) in one kind, 2) in both kinds with intinction from a separate chalice, 3) in both kinds drinking from a chalice, and 4) a blessing. There will be specific instruction during worship regarding the mechanics of this change.
Lenten Study and Soup Luncheon – We will hold continue our Lenten study on Wednesday, March 30. We will begin with a light lunch and then proceed to our program. Our program will explore spiritual practices for individuals and communities. We will meet from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. There will be a remote option for the program on Zoom.
Parish Cleanup – Weather permitting, we will gather on Saturday morning to prepare the church yard for Palm Sunday and Easter. Our focus will be around the sanctuary and “picking up sticks.” If you are able, please come join us. If we are weathered out, we will gather at a later date to cleanup.
Worship Service video – A post-production video of worship will be on our YouTube channel on Sunday afternoon. A link to the video will be provided separately. Our channel URL is at this link.

What does it mean to believe? – Belief is not something we think, but something we do: it’s the ways we experience God’s presence in our life; it’s the ways we engage with the scriptures and other sacred stories; it’s even the ways we question our faith. Cowley Magazine (Epiphany 2022)
Thought for the week – Rest: Sabbath is not simply an opportunity to catch up on some much-needed sleep. The real purpose of the Sabbath is to discover and share in the nature of a God who rests. Rest is an act of revelation, restoration, and love.
