Prayer Vigil – Suffolk Clergy United would like to invite the community to join in a prayer vigil at 5:30 p.m. Friday, June 4 at the Prayer Labyrinth at Lake Prince Woods. The vigil will be a time for us to gather so we can listen to one another, share our hearts, and search for answers from God.

Coffee Hour – We will have a Zoom Coffee hour this coming Sunday. Joining instructions will be forwarded separately. Please join us for fellowship on Sunday.

Relaxation of COVID measures – Your Vestry has approved a variety of changes in how we will gather and worship as the COVID-19 pandemic begins to abate. For our worship, we will begin singing (a little) on June 6 and will target being back in the sanctuary on July 4. As we have been absent from the sanctuary for over a year, there are a few items to address before we can worship in a restored space. Your patience is appreciated.

Thought for the week – Mercy: If you are like me, you are probably very aware of the need for mercy. As wonderful as life is, it can be difficult to navigate sometimes. No matter who we are, where we’re from, or what we’ve done in our lives, we are all hungry for the mercy of God. Bring this need and hunger to God and be fed. God desires mercy and God has an abundance of it. And as we have received, so may we give.
