Community Holy Week Services – Oakland Christian UCC, Wesley Chapel UMC, and St. John’s will host community-wide Holy Week Service. The schedule for services is: Maundy Thursday service at Oakland Christian UCC beginning at 6:00 pm. Good Friday service at Wesley Chapel UMC beginning at 6:00 pm. Easter Sunrise service will be at the pond altar beginning at 6:45 am. We will have our regularly scheduled service at 10:30 am.

Easter Lily Assistance – Anne will coordinate the placement of Easter Lilies on Saturday, Apr. 8, beginning at 10:00 am. If you can assist, please contact Anne to let her know.

Spring Workday – Thank you to all who helped clean the church yard for Easter.

Community Seminar – Oakland Christian UCC is hosting a Charitable Giving Seminar. They will provide a light meal and informative seminar on Monday, May 1, at 5:30 pm.

Revival in the Diocese – There is a Diocese-wide Revival scheduled for Apr. 22 at 2:30 pm at Hampton University. The Presiding Bishop will lead the Revival and all are invited to join others from around the Diocese in Revival. There are events and activities both before and after the Revival. Ladies Luncheon Outing – The ladies of the Parish luncheons will be on the 2nd Thursday of the month. We will try different restaurants. Please watch for announcements.

Reflection questions – We invite you to reflect on these questions as part of your Lenten journey. What do you love? What have you lost? Where does it hurt? In what do you find hope?

Sponsoring Altar Flowers – There is a signup sheet to sponsor flowers during 2023 in the Sanctuary. Please signup to help enhance the appearance of the Sanctuary during worship. Contact Lynn if you have any questions.

Ukrainian Relief – The Episcopal Relief and Development is gathering and sending relief assistance to the Ukraine. Donations to the Ukraine Crisis Response Fund will help the organization and its partners assist where needed.
